Keeping you involved with the school and your child's daily experiences has always been a priority of Kids in the Village.  Therefore, we are using the Tadpoles informational system.

From Tadpoles, teachers can send photos and videos to allow you to see a glimpse into your child's day!  Teachers will also be creating a daily report for each child.  This daily report will keep you informed of the daily activities, learning experiences, and care events for your child each day.  All photos, videos, and daily reports are emailed to you directly and you can also access them via the free Tadpoles Parent app, available on Apple and Android devices, or online at as well!

Our school is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for you and your children. Therefore, cameras are located at the entrance to the primary part of our school and hallways with a monitor in the main office. This increases our visibility and allows us to monitor the parking area as well. Once enrollment occurs; families receive security fobs which are used to gain access into the main building and secondary entrances on campus.

Kids in the Village Early Learning Center is located on 18 acres. The campus is part of Fairview Village Church and the school therefore has access and utilizes all the facilities for our programs throughout the school year. The majority of our classrooms are above average size and the vast outdoor space allows us to have nature walks, preschool field days and splash days in the summer.

Our caregivers are nurturing and caring individuals who engage with the children and families to establish meaningful relationships. They are committed to ongoing professional training and a minimum requirement for Lead/Assistant teachers is a Child Development Associate Credential.
